Writing & Producing creative ideas with strong visual images have been his forté for many award-winning years. He's won 7 Emmys for outstanding achievements in commercial production, as well as, winning Gold, Silver & Bronze Telly Awards in 2020. Roger's original music for NBC Sports, brought a new sound to Broadcast Themes for five SuperBowls, The Olympic Games, NFL, NHL, MLB & College Basketball, as well as, earning the honor of writing & producing the longest-running Sports Theme on television for ESPN's "Baseball Tonight". His work on Madison Avenue kept Roger busy with outstanding commercial work for MTV, VH1, Coca-Cola, Sheraton Hotels, Continental Airlines, Rolex, Cadillac, Covergirl, General Motors, and a long list of fortune 500 companies.
Scoring music for commercials honed Rogers' skills in the business of film and post-production. Seeing the need for a one-stop-shop in NYC Tallman Music became Tallman NY, a full-service production company that eventually was bought by Sony & Inter-Scope Records. After moving back to Northern Michigan Roger focused on creative resources for clients and started Creative i. In 2007 he was hired as "Agency of Record" for his 1st Tribally-owned Casino and Resort Property. His award-winning relationship for Little River Casino Resort contributed to their rapid growth over a 13 year period. Recently his work for Bay Mills Casino, Kewadin Casinos, and other Tribal properties across the USA has earned Creative i the reputation of being a creative solution in marketing, and branding.
During the summer months, Roger focuses on fun with family and friends and creative work for resort businesses. He is respected for taking the extra leap in finding out as much about his clients' businesses, and then coming up with solutions that get results.
Cheryl Tallman ~ Chief Operating Officer
Cheryl's specialty is in marketing, building tools for business development, and improving performance. As the founder of Touchscreen Media Group in the “pre-internet” days she used groundbreaking digital technology to create award-winning digital entertainment kiosks and video games for Paramount, Simon & Schuster, and the NBA. Her clients included P & G, Citibank, IBM, NBA, Walt Disney World, The International Olympic Committee, and Minolta. Cheryl continued her award-winning reputation receiving honors including the “Emmy of the Internet” - the coveted ‘Webbie Award”. In 2000 Touchscreen was successfully sold to Computer Technology Associates. Shortly after Roger and Cheryl were married they moved to Northern Michigan to raise a family. During that time she and Roger launched Creative i and grew the business to what it is today. The birth of their son inspired Cheryl’s second “start-up” called Fresh Baby. Today Fresh Baby (www.freshbaby.com) celebrates 20 years in developing nutrition-education products to support parents and care-givers in making healthier food choices for themselves and their families. Fresh Baby is now a partner of the USDA providing Health Departments all over the USA with a variety of products that Improve the way Americans Eat. Cheryl still remains the backbone of Creative i .

Dylan is celebrating more than 10 years with Creative i. He is a Fine Arts graduate of the prestigious School of Visual Arts in New York City. His creative approach spans a broad area of differing styles and technical skills that are needed for our clients. Our Gaming clients have brought a wide variety of graphic needs where Dylan designs eye catching Billboard designs, News letters , Logos, Print and Entertainment Posters for up coming concert Artists. He always keeps us up to date in software upgrades, trending graphics, and styles which gives our work a cutting edge advantage. Dylan has expanded his craft in video production as well, and is in charge of directing Live shows at Little River Casino Resort for their 1600 hundred seat Performance Center. He continues to be a driving force in our small corner of the world.
